While browsing through this website I truly thought these people may scam me, hence I went for a Cash on delivery (Triumph Scrambler 400x Rolon chain sprocket ), I was surprised when I received a call the next day from their team for a confirmation, that gave me the confidence and I told the person to add an NGK spark plug too, he did made it clear that there is no such spark plug specially made for your bike but still Dominar's would fit in yours and yes I went for it. I received the parts as per their estimated date, the service was prompt & genuine. My concern was [****] in your mail ID which was phishy, owning your brand's mail ID would endorse more confidence among the buyers, also pls make an effort to mention the estimated time of delivery while booking (similar to Amazon & flipkart). Adding your phone number in your website would also add to the customer's confidence especially for the first time buyers.
