Refund Policy

    • Proof of purchase
    • Unboxing video

Returns and Exchanges

  • In the event of receiving a defective product or a product different from what was ordered, customers are required to provide unboxing video proof of the product.
  • Customers must initiate the return process within 2 days from the delivery date.
  • Upon verification of the issue and receipt of the unboxing video proof, we will process the return or exchange as per our Damaged or Defective Products Policy.

Damaged or Defective Products Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, providing details and evidence of the issue, including unboxing photo & video proof where necessary.
  • Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective product.

Please note that all other terms and conditions outlined in our Refund Policy remain applicable.
