1. Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure faster resolution of any issues, we kindly request all customers to take a video while unboxing their order. This will help us quickly process any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Return

- Items can only be returned if they are in their original condition, with original packaging and the invoice intact.
- Used or damaged products (except for manufacturer defects) are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Certain items, such as spark plugs, oils, and lubricants, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Defective or Faulty Products
- If you receive a defective or faulty product, please take photos or videos and email them to us at sparescart97@gmail.com.
- We will offer a replacement or refund once confirmed.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Order Cancellations and Modifications
- You can cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped.
- Once the order is marked as "Order Processed" or "Shipped," it cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Return Process

- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Unboxing video
- Products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, labels, and tags.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 24 hours and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Situations
We will not accept returns or process refunds if:
- The item is returned after 2 days of delivery.
- The product is used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Spark plugs, oils, and lubricants cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Refunds
- Once your return is approved and the product is inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
8. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning products.
- Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer. We will not be responsible for any such returns.
